A: Typically only Canada and the US. If you are an international shopper, please contact for a shipping quote.

Q: CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM PIECE?
A: Yes, depending on the time of year, a request design typically takes a week to create a first draft.

Q: CAN I REQUEST ALTERNATIVE WORDS ON AN EXISTING DESIGN?
A: Yes, certainly! Keep in mind the design has been created with a certain number of words so try and adapt your request to the design to keep the same design aesthetic (however all requests can be considered).

Q: ARE OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE THAN THOSE IN THE LISTINGS?
A:  Yes, typically the largest format available is 24" x 36". Please ask for a quote. 

Q: CAN I REQUEST A COLOR CHANGE TO AN EXISTING PIECE?
A: Yes, you can. Contact us with the details.

Q: CAN I REQUEST PERSONALIZATION TO AN EXISTING DESIGN?
A: Yes, for example, if the particular design is your Wedding song, you can add details like names and dates, etc.
